The invention relates to the technical field of flapping-wing aircrafts, and provides a bird-imitating active folding wing structure. The structure comprises a ridge frame and folding wing assembliessymmetrically arranged on the two opposite sides of the ridge frame. Each folding wing assembly comprises a wing vein set connected to the ridge frame, a wing membrane set arranged on the wing vein set, a driving assembly arranged on the wing vein set and used for driving the wing vein set to drive the wing membrane set to be folded and reset, and a transmission assembly in transmission connectionwith the driving assembly and the wing vein set. According to the bird-imitating active folding wing structure, the wing vein sets which can rotate to form folding are arranged on the two opposite sides of the ridge frame; the wing membrane sets are arranged on the wing vein sets; the wing vein sets are driven by the driving assemblies and the transmission assemblies which are arranged on the wing vein sets to drive the wing membrane sets to fold and reset; in addition, the active folding wing structure can glide when the wing vein sets and the wing membrane sets of the active folding wing structure are unfolded, so that the active folding wing structure can be switched between a gliding mode and a flapping wing flying mode, and energy consumption and maneuverability are both considered.
