The invention provides a vehicle driving route prediction method. The method includes: according to the ground rate of a point A and the report time interval, it can be calculated that r=the ground rate of the point A*the report time interval, wherein r refers to the linear distance from the point A to a point B; the latitude distance difference of the point A and the point B at the same longitude is r*cos (a), the longitude distance difference of the point A and the point B at the same latitude is r*sin (a), wherein a refers to the ground course angle; the deviation degree of the point A and the point B in longitude is [r*sin (a)]/[111000*cos (YA)], wherein YA refers to the latitude of the point A; and the deviation degree of the point A and the point B in latitude is [r*cos (a)]/111000. According to the method, the latitude and longitude of the point B can be obtained, the driving route of a driver can be predicted in the condition of failure to positioning, and the safety of the driver and the vehicle can be guaranteed.
