The invention discloses a combined type rail transit vehicle anti-creeper. The combined type rail transit vehicle anti-creeper comprises a base structure fixedly connected with a vehicle body chassis, a flange assembly fixedly arranged on the base structure, and a sleeve component serving as a resistance structure. The flange assembly comprises a flange device used for reducing the sleeve component. A guiding hole used for guiding the sleeve component is formed in the center of the flange device. Cutters used for cutting the sleeve component are arranged on the periphery of the guiding hole. A reducing port used for reducing the cut sleeve component is formed below the guiding hole. Due to the fact that the cutters and the reducing port are simultaneously formed in the flange assembly, on the premise of not reducing the energy absorption capability, the combined type rail transit vehicle anti-creeper effectively reduces the cutting depths and reducing amount of the cutters, enables the cutting amount and the reducing amount of the cutters to be reasonably distributed, reduces the occurrence probability of a bending phenomenon caused by cutter blade breakage or cutter breakage and the excessive reducing amount of a sleeve, improves equipment reliability and prolongs the service life.
