The invention discloses a motor mounting seat and a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The motor mounting seat comprises an end plate arranged in the vertical direction, and a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate which extend from the same side of the end plate in the horizontal direction, and a clamping space is formed between upper and lower sides of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate. The motor mounting seat further comprises a baffle arranged to be opposite to the end plate, and a connecting rod fixed between the end plate and the baffle. According to the motor mounting seat disclosed by the invention, due to the baffle relatively fixed together with the end plate, motor power transmission is stable, the vibration of a motor bracket is alleviated, and the noise is lowered. The baffle is arranged in rhombic shape to reduce the weight of the baffle to the uttermost.
