The invention discloses a composite anti-lock brake system for an electric automobile and a brake control method. The composite anti-lock brake system integrates the electric automobile motor regeneration brake, electromagnetic brake and belt type brake. The brake system carries out real-time control through being matched with a three-section type brake pedal according to the actual operation state of the electric automobile in the work sequence of the motor regeneration brake, the electromagnetic brake and the belt type brake, the automobile speed and the speed deceleration of the electric automobile are controlled, the running safety of the electric automobile is ensured, the driving intention of a driver is realized, and in addition, the brake energy recovery can be realized. Through the reasonable setting of the brake control method, the abrasion of a brake friction block can be reduced, the brake noise and the heat can be reduced, in addition, the brake anti-lock function of a conventional automobile brake system can be realized, and the running safety of the electric automobile is improved.
