The invention discloses a composite anti-lock braking system of a hub-driven electric automobile, which is characterized in that a corresponding anti-lock braking system (ABS) control strategy is called according to a road surface recognition condition to acquire automobile states and data including automobile speed, wheel speed and battery SOC, and acquisition of data including automobile postures, road surface conditions, meteorological conditions and the like is added so as to more accurately judge the automobile states, judge a braking mode and improve the braking efficiency. An intelligent braking mode algorithm is added, different coordination control strategies are adopted according to road surface recognition conditions, namely, anti-lock control is divided into a plurality of intervention levels, control strategies are distributed according to different road conditions through an external camera shooting assembly and radar scanning recognition, and AI models coping with different road conditions are established; according to the method, the advantages of high response speed and high control precision of the motor can be brought into full play, and meanwhile, the two braking systems can be coordinated to perform composite braking anti-lock control and realize energy recovery in the anti-lock process.

    本发明公开了一种轮毂驱动电动汽车复合制动防抱死系统,包括根据路面识别情况调用相应ABS控制策略采集车辆状态及数据,包括车速、轮速、电池SOC,增加对车辆姿态、路面状况、气象条件等数据的采集,以更准确地判断车辆状态,判断制动模式,增加智能制动模式算法,根据路面识别情况采用不同的协调控制策略,即将防抱死控制分为多个介入等级,通过外置摄像组件以及雷达扫描识别,根据不同路况分配控制策略,建立应对不同路况的AI模型,通过人工智能算法对路面识别情况进行更加精准的判断,本发明不但可以充分发挥电机响应速度快、控制精度高的优势,同时可以协调两种制动系统进行复合制动防抱死控制以及实现防抱死过程中的能量回收。
