The invention discloses an automobile anti-lock braking control method based on an integrated brake-by-wire system, which comprises the following steps: firstly, designing an upper-layer automobile anti-lock active braking control strategy, carrying out optimal slip rate estimation based on six typical road surfaces, and carrying out slip rate control by adopting a sliding mode control algorithm to improve the self-adaptability to road surface attachment change; secondly, designing a pressure control strategy of the middle-layer integrated drive-by-wire hydraulic brake system, providing a three-closed-loop control method based on a position-pressure double-loop switching controller, a speed loop and a current loop, and improving the system stability by adopting a nonlinear disturbance observer; and finally, designing a lower-layer hydraulic system wheel cylinder pressure estimation and control strategy, performing wheel cylinder pressure estimation based on dynamic characteristics of a brake actuator, performing pressure control by a threshold value method, and controlling an electromagnetic valve by adopting an RBF-PID control algorithm. According to the invention, a complete closed-loop control strategy is provided for intelligent automobile active braking anti-lock control based on the integrated brake-by-wire system.

    本发明公开了一种基于集成式线控制动系统的汽车制动防抱死控制方法,首先,设计了上层汽车防抱死主动制动控制策略,基于六种典型路面进行最优滑移率估算,采用滑膜控制算法进行滑移率控制,提高对路面附着变化的自适应性;其次,设计了中层集成式线控液压制动系统压力控制策略,提出基于位置‑压力双环切换控制器、速度环和电流环的三闭环控制方法,采用非线性干扰观测器提高系统稳定性;最后,设计了下层液压系统轮缸压力估算与控制策略,基于制动执行器动态特性进行轮缸压力估算,由阈值法进行压力控制,采用RBF‑PID控制算法进行电磁阀的控制。本发明为基于集成式线控制动系统的智能汽车主动制动防抱死控制提供了完整的闭环控制策略。
