A water power contour adopts a biomimetic underwater dish fish design, and the underwater dish vehicle has low resistance property in all peripheral directions, so that the underwater dish vehicle can rapidly accomplish underwater vector motion; a dish outline is formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of hollow cylinders with different radiuses and lengths, so that the underwater dish vehicle is convenient to machine, and a hydrodynamic contour is convenient to form; the dish vehicle has a simple structure, is low in development technical difficulty, simple in manufacture technology, low in manufacture cost and suitable for mass application; all the cylinders are independent from one another and respectively sealed, when one cylinder leaks, the normal operation of devices in the other cylinders are not affected, and the damage-proof capacity is high; the hollow cylinder structure can provide larger positive buoyancy; an upper protective plate of a dish cabin is designed into smooth linearity, so that the maneuverability of the vehicle can be improved; a bottom plate is designed into a wave shape, the contact surface between the bottom plate and a seabed is reduced, the flow resistance is reduced, the vehicle is convenient to sail, and the maneuverability is improved.
