Charts are given showing trend of Air Corps and Reserve Corps fatal accidents resulting from spins and stalls due to faulty piloting and from collisions of all kinds, 1920-1928; spins and stalls are decreasing but collisions seem to remain fairly level; in 1928, 63 per cent of fatal accidents were due to pilot's errors; during this year 46 per cent of pilot fatalities occurred with pilots of less than 200 hours of flying.
