We have adopted a strongly digital approach to manufacture. Thus, as many of the non‐bought‐in parts as possible are produced by 3D printing, laser cutting, or numerical machining. These are then assembled into working airframes without the need for specialized manufacturing or assembly skills. This reduces costs, increases repeatability, and ensures high‐quality results.
