There has been an increasing trend of using double‐lift window regulator systems on luxury automobiles with the aim of improving regulator performance. In this chapter, the parameter design was used to optimize the window regulator system and improve the robustness of the system in the market. The purpose of a window regulator system is to move the window glass from a certain position to another desired position. Accordingly, for the ideal function of the system, the authors considered that its operating time should be proportional to the distance, which the window glass moves on the rails. Additionally, it is desired that this relationship is not influenced totally by noise factors and also the relationship maintains a high degree of linearity. The analysis based on the standardized S/N ratio was calculated to verify the validity of the conventional analysis.
