The structural parameters of the high-pressure common rail injector have an extremely important influence on the fuel injection performance of the diesel engine. The article takes the high-pressure common rail injector as the research object. According to its basic structure and working principle,a simulation model of the injector is established based on the AMESIM system simulation software. The simulation model is used to analyze the influence of the changes of key structural parameters of the high-pressure common rail injector on the fuel injection mode.According to the analysis of the simulation results, in the process of injector design and development, the inlet aperture should be selected reasonably and the outlet aperture should be increased appropriately, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of common rail injectors.
