Emergency evacuation is an important airworthiness requirement for civil aircraft to ensure safety. However, to demonstrate the emergency evacuation of real aircraft is a time-consuming and labor-consuming test with huge safety risks. Through the research and analysis of key factors affecting emergency evacuation, such as emergency exit, aisle width and emergency exit access, this paper puts forward the ideas and methods of airworthiness compliance design for emergency evacuation of civil aircraft, and provides empirical support for airworthiness compliance design for emergency evacuation through cabin layout design and verification analysis of a certain civil aircraft.
