Multi-aircraft scheduling is an importmant aspect to shorten the board handling operation time and increase the sorties of ship-based aircrafts launch out. In this paper, the factors such as the limited working space, the little resource and the complex operation task are taken into account. With the approach of multi-mode resource-contrained multi-porject scheduling, by allocating the station and resource to the aircrafts reasonably, a model which can reduce the maintenance time as much as possible is developed. The factors which effect the scheduling process are illustrated in the model. And a case study for this model is presented. The result of the case study shows that this mothod can reduce the operation time especially the maintance time reasonably.
