The goal of this thesis is to realize traffic engineering archives management, only need a few professionals can be realized on the inside area of an under construction and has built the traffic engineering in real time for file management and assessment, to ensure that the system can maximize the play of action, safeguard traffic engineering archives management. Based on the engineering archives management to promote engineering safety, quality, cost, schedule, and information management. Make daily collection of massive project archives data is used for traffic engineering the study, the sudden accident, for the authorities to provide real-time data on the basis of decision-making, reduce accidents caused by social and economic losses, for the Jiangxi province highway traffic safety situation evaluation and emergency command and to provide corresponding reference. At the same time the topic form multidisciplinary teamwork can also through combination of further promoting the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in the transportation industry personnel training mode of development.
