Logistics has become an important part of growth in China. The rapid logistics industrial development could be attributed to the industrial agglomeration in the country. Panel data methods are used to analyze the factors influencing the logistics industry agglomeration. In the model, location quotient is considered as a dependent variable. Per Capita Gross Regional Product, Freight Traffic in Railways, Freight Traffic in Highways, Average Wage of Employed Persons in Transport, Storage and Post, Gross Regional Product in Wholesale and Retail Trades are selected as independent variables. Location quotient of the 31 provinces in China was calculated, and then obtained the fixed effects model. The results show that these five factors can affect logistics industry agglomeration both negative and positive effects. The Freight Traffic in Railways and Average Wage of Employed Persons in Transport, Storage and Post are negatively related to agglomeration degree, while the others are contrary.
