Abstract: the FEM model of unitary body of HEV city bus was established, and the model accuracy was proved by electric measurement. The Sensitivity analysis of stiffness was conducted to determine variables for optimization design basing on special analysis software tools. At last, the plan was formed to reach design target of light weight with least stiffness change and regulated strength of vehicle body.
