Base-bleed and rocket compound engine is a new type assisted rang technology. Laval nozzle applied to compound engine must satisfy the condition that base-bleed gas propellant spurts out with sub-sonic velocity while that of rocket with super-sonic speed is critical in the technology. On the basis of reasonable designing parameter and experiment testing, we can draw the conclusion that the Laval nozzle could satisfied for the compound engine work condition.
