This paper describes a riding simulator for two wheeled vehicle handling. The conclusions of the studies can be summarized as follows: The effects of rider's input to the behavior of a two wheeled vehicle were analyzed. It is found that the steering torque has superior effect on behavior compared to other inputs. Therefore, main input of the simulator was determined for the steering torque. In order to decide the degrees of freedom of the simulator, the instantaneous revolution centers of a two wheeled vehcile were measured. The degrees of freedom were reduced. From the above results, the authors constructed the simulator system, and made the algorithm. The authors were able to make the completed system. It is confirmed that the movement of the simulator is similar to the behavior of an actual motorcycle, hence, it can be used for analyzing human factors. In this paper, the riding simulator system was constructed and validated, it was shown that the simulator possesses high utility for analysis of human factor of a rider. At the next stage, it is necessary to use the riding simulator for analysis of human-vehicle system.
