Nowadays airspace technologies are often based on application of new advanced materials. These advenced materials are specific in terms of fabrication process. Since various cutting tools are used in fabrication process, that is why the correct selection of the tools and cutting conditions affects the reliability of fabrication process. As advanced materials vary in many ways, so the frequency of tool damages shall be different as well as a reason for failure. Indication below shows only one segment of airspace materials and probably the most often failures for specific operations.
