A flight experiment is planned for the validation, in a microgravity environment, of several ground-proven simplification features relating to solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) fuel cells and SPE electrolyzers. With a successful experiment, these features can be incorporated into equipment designs for specific extraterrestrial energy storage applications
