Intelligence and electronic warfare (IEW) support for the US Army is rapidly undergoing some dramatic changes. One of the most important of these changes is the introduction of the all-source analysis system (ASAS). This system, along with its U.S. Air Force equivalent called the enemy situation correlation element (Ensce), will be used to fuse and correlate tactical and strategic intelligence reports for the use of battlefield commanders.
