The use of computer graphics with logic simulation of aerodynamic behaviour of helicopters, missiles and aircraft is described and illustrated with screen displays representing airflows over a helicopter fuselage and the Hermes Mach-5 space shuttle, and transonic flow around a helix. The particular problems of high-altitude flight and re-entry are highlighted. Application to aerodynamic styling of motor-cars is discussed briefly.
