In this paper a concept for a radio system with a specific application has been presented. The major tasks - system safety, security and dependability - have been identified and solutions pointed out. System security as a basis for system safety can be achieved with cryptographical methods. System dependability is strongly depended on the geographical environment and influenced by topological means and protocols adapted to the network structure.
