Experimental results on electron and ion emission which is induced by impacts on metal targets of particles with the sizes of about 0.3 micron - 5 micron and velocities of about 1 km/s - 15 km/s are presented. The experiments were conducted on the electrostatic accelerator. Is shown that the own charge of the accelerated particles is the complementary reason for the emission. The data on electric discharge initiation by these particles in vacuum and in radiation charged glasses are discussed too. These experiments are necessary (i) for study of impact of space debris small particles on spacecraft materials and equipment and (ii) for development of detectors of such particles.
