In order to improve the performance of electric vehicle, some battery life tests have been carried out to acquire the relevant conclusions about battery internal resistance during charging and discharging and establish the resistance equivalent model for the real-time identification, all of which above are set up as the evaluation index of state of charge (SOC). The results demonstrated that internal resistance can reduce the inaccuracies of SOC estimation and car mileage.
