Driving habit affects emission of greenhouse gas and fuel consumption. In order to manage those issues, we can utilize the internal information of vehicle using on-board diagnostic II(OBD II). In this paper, we propose an evaluation model to monitor driving habit or behavior and fuel consumption using the OBD II. Proposed model shows this works well under abnormal driving condition as well as that of normal driving. We also propose a self-induction system for safe driving and monitoring a vehicle on android mobile platform.
