Continuously rising traffic leads to the need for an optimization of urban traffic. Therefore more effective traffic control mechanisms that employ the soon-to-be-available advantage of C2X-communication should be able to analyse - not only the traffic volume itself - but also the real demand of the traffic participants and react according to that This paper introduces a Cyber-Physical System for traffic control, based on a multi-agent system with an ontology as knowledge base and logic reasoning based on description logics.
