Three composite materials (polyoxymethylene reinforced with 20 % of glass fibers, polypropylene reinforced with 20 % of talc, poly(butylene terephthalate) reinforced with 20 % of magnesium hydroxide) were formed by injection moulding and studied for ageing resistance (sodium chloride solution) as well as for color and gloss stability after cyclic stretching-compression tests. The cyclic loading and ageing resulted in increasing the hysteresis loop width on stress-strain diagrams. Some structural changes in composites were also observed by differential scanning calorimetry.
