IMac-Pro is an EC (European Commission) funded project with aimed to develop a complete, integrated process chain for the cost effective serial production of various aerospace CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics) stiffener profiles. In the following, all involved partners will be introduced, their role in the consortium and their responsibility will be described. The project is divided in two main technology routes which will be described as well as the achievements gained so far. Finally, the different tests to check the material and part quality and a new tool for cost analysis will be presented.
