With the development of a real time model of the hydrostatic power split transmission AGCO GmbH can implement all different transmission types in the structure of only one simulation model what makes model upgrading much more comfortable. The model is working very close to reality whereby test possibilities improved considerably. The interaction between the model designing side and the HIL test bench is unproblematic due to an exactly defined interface. In the future it is mentioned to prepare the model for usage with other real time platforms than xPC-Target and so all AGCO locations will be able to work with it, too.
