Experimental results of action of ionizing radiations on deposition of outgassed products emerged from a polymeric composite on cover glass surface of spacecraft solar cells are presented. Numerical analysis of the results showed existence of threshold flux densities of radiation acting on surface. It is shown that above thresholds the deposition rate of outgassed products on cover glass surface is decreased.
