This paper presents the integration model for refinery production scheduling and pipeline scheduling. A discrete time MILP model is considered for short time scheduling problem of production and blending as the upstream of the refinery supply chain. A multi-product pipeline system using discrete MILP formulation is adopted for products delivering. In our integrated model, production scheduling, product blending, pipeline scheduling, as well as the inventory management in refinery and depots are integrated in a holistic view. The goal is to explore the benefit of integrating production and pipeline scheduling. Comparative results show integrated model guarantees the global feasibility and reduces the total cost.
