Short notice given only substantially as follows: The Krone Paper Liner offers a trailer which is ideally suited for transporting cargo with high point-supported loads, in particular for the professional transport of paper rolls. The Paper Liner features the following equipment as standard: the chassis is treated with KTL + powder (cataphoretic painting plus powder coating) and accompanied by a ten year guarantee against corrosion. All modular components are exclusively screwed (not welded) during assembly. This procedure allows for quick part replacements in case of damage. The underrun protection and the lighting brackets are split. The inherently stable bracket for the air and light plugs on the reinforced front wall allows the connection of the supply conduits on two levels which saves time and money, as line entanglements are excluded as far as possible. Other benefits to the Paper Liner are the plastic packing rails (adapted to the length of the pocket planks) for the running rails integrated in the floor. When they are not used during paper roll transport, they can be hinged in the plank pockets or stowed in the plank depot, like the wooden or aluminium planks. But they can also be inserted into the running rails, to ensure an even load floor for standard loads. Upon request, the Paper Liner is also available with the hydraulic high-volume rising Edscha roof 175. The Krone Paper Liner offers ideal load securing and the multilock external frame provides up to 130 strapping points per vehicle side allowing sufficient possibilities for proper load securing and compliance. The paper liner is certified according to VDI, DCE, and EN.12642-XL.
