For many years, the thematic of renewable energies has enabled implementing a lot of students' projects. Within the frame of the international affairs, a group of foreign students worked on an innovating technical project at the university of Artois (France). It is a photovoltaic station to recharge an electrical vehicle. This device consists in charging fixed batteries from solar panels via a standard charge controller. When recharging the vehicle is needed, the energy is transferred from the station into the batteries of the vehicle through a converter regulated by a PIC microcontroller and especially developed for this application. An informatics network allows exchanging data between the station, the vehicle and the supervision. This paper presents the first results, the prospects and the integration within international collaborations.
