Earth observation satellites play an important role in geologic surveying, climate researching, calamity monitoring and so on. Quality imaging effect is the most important quality factor of earth observation satellites. And attitude stability of the satellite is one of the key factors which can influence quality imaging effect. By using Drag-Free Technology, attitude stability of earth observation satellites can be improved to an unprecedented extent. A Drag-Free and attitude control model of earth observation satellites is developed. The control algorithm is designed by using H-unendlich and simplex method. Simulation results prove high quality in stability improved and uncertainties assuagement.
