In this article a sensor configuration system is introduced that controls three radar sensors dependent on ego vehicle speed information. These three 24 GHz FMCW radar sensors have been combined to a front radar network. Two of them are medium range sensors with a maximum range of 40 meters. The third is long range radar (LRR) with a maximum range up to 150 meters. A special feature of these sensors is the possibility to change the bandwidth during run time. With the variation of the bandwidth, the sensor's range as well as its resolution is adapted. To demonstrate the functionality of the system, a test sequence has been recorded with the experimental vehicle. The article shows a part of this sequence.
