A PI controller for anti-lock braking system, whose parameters can be adjusted automatically, was designed with fuzzy algorithm. At the same time, a controller of servo motor which adopted force control architecture with cascaded force, speed and current control loops, was designed. Simplified models such as motor, vehicle and tire model were erected. Computer simulation on various typical conditions show that wheel slip in braking wheel can be restricted in optimum value by controlling clamping force, motor velocity and motor current synthetically.
