(Continued from Number 9, Page 584) The design and operation of electronic in-tube nondestructive-testing equipment containing a bypass device are described. The electronic system of the bypass device makes it possible to automatically regulate the velocity of any pig of the in-tube testing complex of a main gas pipeline, because it can work not only in combination with a pig-flaw-detector recorder but also in an autonomous regime in the case of a scrubber pig equipped with a bypass device or it can be used in construction of multisectional pigs
