Railway systems are safely critical systems. The greater part of system failures are potential and do not affect the transport process. If it will be assumed that the route is tram movement from signal to signal then criterion for safety of tram movement will be absence of system failure during the time duration of the route. The events in the flow of train movement process are timetable determined and not determined routes. Determined routes are often violated by delays so for the events in transportation process can be considered random time duration and random time of arrivals. The aim of this work is to build up a stochastic model which covers the complex relation between the transport process and railway system failures and restoration in railway station.
