In this paper the author proposes a novel method to measure the performance of digital audio broadcasting (DAB) and terrestrial digital video bradcasting (DVB-T) vehicular antenna systems while driving. Based on comparing bit-errors versus carrier-to-noise ratio, he is able to rate system performance.
