Mobile communication has presented its wide coverage, high reliability of data transmission with acceptable delays in surveillance applications. A CPU is designed to activate transmission control protocol (TCP) to connect into Internet through general packet radio service (GPRS). For real time control, this route can reversely be implemented to switch into user datagram protocol (UDP) to receive command and forward to actuators. A microprocessor control circuit is designed to enhance real time control function into one single embedded system architecture. The proposed system architecture is discussed with demonstration of a remote car control and airship control.
