The application of gear ratio of continuous variable transmission and their centralized control together gives several advantages for the agriculture. Therefore the authors measured more tractor transmission systems for operating advantage in early years. The targets of the research were: - comparison of tractor transmission systems, - determination of the measuring results on the basis of compared transmission systems, - determination of the collected results on the basis of measurement technology. A simulation-program was developed to explore the difference between continuously variable transmission systems and powershift transmission system. The simulation program is suitable to calculate for measuring data and to draw chain-gear other parameters, such as gear ratio, consumed fuel and distance. The achieved results and conclusions are: Tractors with CVT disposal better attribute of acceleration and smaller fuel consumption.
