The chemical composition of the Nb, Ti microalloyed steel was established. The rolling and cooling conditionsin the thermomechanical treatment of sheets with a ferritic-martensitic (dual phase) structure and a ferritic-bainitic with retained austenite (TRIP - Transformation Induced Plasticity) structure were determined. It was found that sheets produced according to this method have a more fine-grained structure and also better mechanical properties than after the classical underhardening or isothermal quenching from the temperature slightly higher than Ac1 of the investigated steel.
