Vehicle wrapping is an affordable means to change a vehicle's appearance, either completely or in part, and then be able to change it back to its original colour within a specified period after application. The technology is a self-adhesive vinyl film, but in the past this technology has been limited in the choice of available colours. Vinyl films are now available in the 1000 most popular Pantone colours, and can be easily applied to a vehicle, in a conformable film that can adapt to curved or corrugated surfaces. The finished application is like a second skin on the vehicle, offering additional protection to stone chips and so on. The vinyl films can be printed in the normal manner, allowing designers to convey their corporate message in new ways.
