The bulb bars made of 35 and C15 steels (according to the Polish Standars) for intensification hull of ships are produced in the Polish Huta Bankowa iron work. The level and distribution of mechanical properties on crosssection of bulb bars were determined. The experimental tests included the measuring temperature and time of the process, thermovision image analysis and determination of microstructural parameters and mechanical properties in final products. As a result of the studies, a data base describing influence of production process on structural level and distribution of mechanical properties in shape.
