The computational utility of a simple anisotropic, deformation/damage model was demonstrated. The model was successfully implemented in a commercially available code and was able to predict creep, deformation/damage phenomena in a Finite Element Model. As such, the code requires material parameters that were calculated by relatively simple exploratory tests. This paper particularly discusses the problem of square plate with a hole under uniaxial tension.
