Nonlinear control systems synthesis is solved using sliding mode controls, which are suitable for synthesis of relatively wide class nonlinear system. The described control algorithms were applied to position control of the levitating systems in magnetic field, which were made as a laboratory models on Department of Automatic Control and Instrumentation. The designed algorithms were verified by using computer simulation and directly on the laboratory models. The results achieved confirm suitable technical means and synthesis by using sliding modes for nonlinear control tasks. The research work was founded by grant MSMT 272300012.
