A new rapid moisture absorption technique by absorbing at high pressure over 1 atom and high temperature over 100 degree C was proposed in order to resolve problems of moisture absorbing method for composite structural integrity. By using this technique, the moisture absorption period for thick laminates could be reduced drastically compared to a conventional method. The appropriate internal moisture distribution of the thick laminates could be also obtained by this technique. It could be demonstrated to resolve two problems for flat composite plates in static mechanical conditions by using the new method. However, the new method has not been demonstrated for composite structures with different thickness. In this paper, it is shown that the new method is applicable for the structures with different thickness because of better moisture distribution and reducing of moisture absorption period compared with the conventional. It is also shown that the new method has much effectiveness to the security for the static mechanical properties of components.
