The intelligent active safety system (IASS) is as much as possible connected to the driver and road situation. The realization such IASS is impossible without cardinal changes at all levels of its structure - from algorithmic up to the executive parts. The idea of intelligent active safety systems only is formed, however already it is possible to mark out the following attributes of similar devices: - the potential characteristics of forces in wheel-road-contact are in a basis of control philosophy of IASS, they allow most adequately to connect cohesion a wheel with its sliding - of the major information for active safety of the automobile; - the control philosophy should base on methods of preextreme control on Fmy-s-curve, these methods guarantee preservation of properties of vehicle stability and sufficient extent use of brake or traction efficiency; - the sensory part has parallel structure with several independent channels delivering data about control parameters; in result the system gets information flexibility and its reliability is improved; - the control of the actuator part of IASS is preventive executed, with an opportunity self-configurability of system during work, with adaptation to critical situations and behaviour of the driver.
